Message delivery, platform availability, and policy enforcement may be subject to Meta's systems and requirements.
Glooft is not responsible for interruptions caused by Meta, telecommunications providers, or third-party services.
Suspension and Termination

Cause security risks
Payments
All fees are payable according to the selected service plan.
Where applicable, WhatsApp conversation charges and third-party platform fees may be billed separately.
Sharing of Information
Meta Platforms, Inc. — as required for message delivery through WhatsApp Cloud API
Our Clients — the verified businesses on whose behalf we send or receive messages
Service Providers — such as hosting and infrastructure partners (under confidentiality agreements)
We do not share personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and materials provided by Glooft remain the intellectual property of Glooft or its licensors.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your WhatsApp-related data, email privacy@glooft.com or visit https://glooft.com/data-deletion. We verify all requests before processing data deletion.
Limitation of Liability
Glooft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the services.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Glooft harmless against claims arising from misuse of the services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
